Refunds

1.1 Products: Refunds are available for products that are returned in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of purchase, accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
1.2 Services: Refunds for counselling or coaching services are available in accordance with our Professional Counselling Agreement or Professional Coaching Agreement signed by clients via DocuSign.com. Requests for refunds can be made during the counselling or coaching assignment. Requests for refunds for Marriagology online coaching must be made within 30 days of the service date.
2. Non-Refundable Items
2.1 Personalized or custom-made products.
2.2 Perishable goods, including but not limited to food and flowers.
2.3 Downloadable software products and digital goods once accessed or downloaded.
2.4 Gift cards and vouchers.
3. Refund Process

4.1 Orders for products can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellation requests may be subject to a restocking fee of 10% of the purchase price.
4.2 Service appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without any charges. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment may incur a fee of 20% of the service cost.
